Beakerhead - Information Desk
Creating an experience has never been so important as the first 30 seconds when you enter a venue and carry that momentum for the remainder of your experience. Assisting at the information desk with our FOH (Front of House) team is one of our most rewarding opportunities to engage with the community.
Assisting the team will allow you to emerge in the following:
- As a host, welcome guests as they approach or pass by the information desk.
- Answering guests' questions and directing them around the property
- Assisting with maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Providing a point of contact for guests to navigate toward the FOH
- Respond to inquiries and be aware of emergency procedures (May include lost individuals)
- Assisting with setups/takedowns as needed
- Assisting with rentals (Wheelchairs, Strollers, and Sensory equipment)
- Other duties may be assisted as needed Knowledge of the building will be a great asset here and can be learned as well, making the Front of House the hub for all the information that is occurring in the building and where to locate it.
Training Will be provided
