Responsibilities:
The volunteer will assist the Science Guides, Live Science Connections in running a program down in the Creative Kids Museum. Volunteers will greet waiting guests, explain the activity to them, and reset the activity between sessions.
Guests will get the chance to enter isolated pods, don noise cancelling headphones, and speak to each other through special microphones. There they can read through mature literature to each other in the privacy of their own pods.
Required skills, experience, and/or equipment:
- Excitement and enthusiasm!
- Public speaking experience is a plus but is not required.
- An open mind (this Spark After Dark night will have mature content on display)
