Welcome to the 2026 Volunteer Casino Event!
Join us on July 30th and 31st at the Cowboys Casino and assist in operations for the TELUS Spark Science Centre school programs. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a great cause while having fun in a lively environment. No experience is needed—training will be provided!
This role is for the Banker. The role will consist of:
- Watching cashier payouts.
- Supervision: Oversees the cashiers and chip runners within the cage.
- Managing volunteers and answering any inquiries about positions.
- Reporting: Enters the final financial figures into the casino tracking system
Important!
1. VOLUNTEERS MUST SHOW UP AT TIMES LISTED, READY TO WORK IMMEDIATELY.
2. VOLUNTEERS CANNOT GAMBLE AT YOUR CASINO LOCATION FOR THE ENTIRE TWO DAYS!
3. VOLUNTEERS SHOULD HAVE VALID PICTURE I.D. FOR CHECK-IN AT CASHCAGE.
4. IF THE EVENING OR COUNTROOM SHIFT VOLUNTEERS WANT TO EAT BEFORE THEIR SHIFT, THEY MUST ARRIVE AT LEAST ONE HOUR BEFORE TIMES POSTED!
5. VOLUNTEERS CANNOT CONSUME ALCOHOL DURING THEIR SHIFT
